Ms. Santos received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where she attended as a Harvey T. Reid Scholar with a full-tuition scholarship. She completed her undergraduate studies at Duke University, graduating cum laude. It was during her time at Duke while volunteering with the North Carolina immigrant community that she discovered her passion for working in the field of immigration.
